The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Kids age of 12 years old & below are not allowed to enjoy the Infinity Pool at Level37. Please use the Family Pool at Level5 as an alternative.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I liked that the room was spacious. I liked the servicing of the room on a daily basis. I loved the view from the balcony as it showed the twin towers etc. It looked specially great at night when all lit up.

Staff were addressing all my requests, and very friendly. The apartment was big lot of space, two toilets, medium size fridge, and a good view. No balcony. The infinity pool of the building was also a big plus with a small sauna, there were little businesses in the premises that make life easier considering that is not in a residential area, to get to the main touristic attractions subway was required.

Sunway mall is just behind the hotel. Easy to access. Take around 15-30min to reach twin tower by grab. The rooftop pool had a very nice view. Everyday housekeeping. Reception available at any time
