We loved our stay at Pullman. The rainshower was especially comfortable, and the bathtub was a great addition. We also really enjoyed the chocolatier stand at the entrance. Check-in and checkout were fast and smooth. The location is excellent—very accessible.

I had a wonderful experience at Pullman KL, with excellent service and amenities enhancing my stay. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, offering a pleasant retreat. However, I found the bed to be a bit stiff for my liking. If the mattresses were slightly softer, it would elevate the overall comfort and sleeping experience. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I look forward to my next stay.

The hotel was kind enough to allow early checkin and also surprised with a free upgrade to deluxe room. Staff and service were really great in helping . Breakfast was really great with big spreadout..I chose 1room appartment and was a great expedience.
