The beds were so comfortable and a relief after a long day. The shower was fantastic. Room was a little dated and showed a bit of wear and tear, but other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

Love the comfortness of the bed. The room is clean and tidy. Walking distance to SOGO shopping complex is great advantage.

The room was clean, nice view. The silaturrahim surau was nice and clean. The lobby area has nice city view, toilet at lobby was elegant. I really appreciate En Azza at the hotel reception desk, very helpful and courteous.
