The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the hotel.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Due to the size, the hotel offers a cool, relaxed atmosphere. The friendly, helpful staff offered advice on transport, shopping and dining when required. The location is very close to MRT, therefore making the city very accessible for relaxed sightseeing, shopping and general exploring, but the icing on the cake was the immaculately presented swimming pool area, a perfect escape from the heat. Not forgetting the breakfast, which had a huge selection of Asian and European dishes on offer, all under the guidance of helpful friendly staff.

The first impression wasn't great as they couldn't check me in for the whole stay due to extended dates for a second reservation. We were told we had to return to reception the next day to process the other reservation. The reception staff could also be a little more attentive..please advise muslim guests about sahur times also instead of just breakfast. The maintenance of the unit could be a little better, the kitchenette sink was clogged and the bathroom sink also. The concierge and hotel staff were friendly. They helped to bring up my food delivery as there were too many bags for me to carry up myself. Breakfast was alright, although guests need to come down earlier to ensure enough seats.

I love its location, just 3 minutes walk from its lobby to the nearest MRT station, and the nearest LRT station was a bit further up. It was Friday when I stayed there, and it's just a 5-minute walk from its lobby to KLCC mosque. If you wish to go to Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, it'll be another 10 minutes walk across the park. However, there weren't any shops or outlets on the street except for a small convenience shop MyNews.com at Menara Ilham/The Elements right besides the hotel. It was quite obscure, so do ask around. Our stay was more of a staycation with family members, hence this 2 bedrooms hotel was very comfortable. Each room had an ensuite bathroom and a smart TV. In the living room there's another huge smart TV with Google TV, ie. Netflix, YouTube, MaxTV, etc. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Air-conditioning was working well, albeit the temperature control system was the old dial type. My advice is to know the position of the 'clicking' point and set the dial there. The whole room was a combination of old and new furniture/fixtures. The sofa was new and modern and clean as well. The shower still using the old type hot & cold water mixture and drainage seemed to be a bit clogged. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for all of us. The rooms were facing the iconic Tabung Haji building and you could hear faintly the call for prayer/azan from it's surau. Another interesting feature of the room was that it was fitted with 'BacFree' water filtration system including a tap at the kitchen sink, where you could drink right away, hence there's no bottled drinking water provided in the room. The highlight of our stay was their fabulous breakfast, especially their freshly baked croissants. In fact, the ovens were placed at the bread counter.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Lovely hotel and we were on a high floor with great city view. Bedroom very large with small balcony. Breakfast amazing with a choice of so many delicious foods. Located a short walk to Petronius Towers other than that used GRAB very cheaply to get around. Swimming pool one of the biggest we’ve ever had in a hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

3D2N stayed. Breakfast: A lot of choices. Their pastries corner was so delicious (Croissant & Danish puff) is above the expectations. Variety’s of vegetarian & non vegetarian foods of morning breakfast. Room: queen deluxe room is just perfect for 2 person with mini kitchen (refrigerators , microwave, hot induction and cutlery is provided) Facilities: -Huge swimming pool for adults,1.2m depth & small pool for children. -Room bathtub *we really enjoyed the swimming during our stay *using salt-chlorinator system for their water pool.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable; we have stayed there several times already because of the size of the room and the hotel's amenities. It is easy to get there since you can avoid traffic jams in the city center. The service is very polite, and the breakfast is plentiful. I also like the pool area. The location is within walking distance of the Twin Towers, and there are also two metro stations nearby. I will stay there again next time.

MY CHECK IN CHECK OUT EXPERIENCE WAS VERY EASY AND STAFFF WERE ACCOMODATING.. AS I WAS CONDUCTIONG TRAINING MY CHECK OUT TIME OF 11AM WAS NOT POSSIBLE. THEY ALLOWED ME TILL 12.30...THAT WAS GREAT
