Walking distance to nightlife, shopping centre opposite the premises and easy public transport. Most importantly, the staff were ready to cater for your every need.They were friendly, approachable, courteous and professional. They even provided change for our Grab from their personal funds. Service above and beyond expectations. Well done staff and keep up the good work.

Location was great. Within walking distance to several mall as in the Bukit Bintang area, especially Pavilion. Water pressure in the showers was good. Buffet and a la carte breakfast food was quite delicious.

Good location in Bukit Bintang area, just next to Lot 10 shopping mall. Apartment is really clean and service is superb. We had a great 3 nights stay and will definitely be back!

The location of the property is at the centre of KL where shopping malls are literally located beside it. All walking distance.

Perfect Location close to all Shopping Malls in Bukit Bintang. Very spacious, clean, modern, everything you need and more. Excellent Facilities. Excellent Staff. Special mention to Margaret at Front Check in. There was a small problem when checked in but she went over and above to help resolve this and exceeded my expectations. She was excellent. Also Manager Farah very nice and helpful and always has a smile on her face and nothing is too big her to help with. Would definitely recomend staying here and would rebook again. Thank you

The accommodation is amazing and central. Well maintained and new. I really had a problem with the staff flexibility (Male staff). They were professional and had all the right, but they were too rigid. For example: - I arrived a little bit earlier than usual with my infant, they sent me off and asked me to go back once it is time for check in. I later found out that there was a seating area at the roof where guests sit and wait for their rooms to be ready. - I happened to book two consecutive nights separately, but the guy during check in literally asked me to get back the next day for check in again!!! Thanks God the female staff at the evening helped me out and did my check in for me. I initially booked from another website for 4 nights, but my flight was changed on the arrival date and I ended up loosing 3 out of 4 nights, it is again understandable that I wanted to shift the dates and the hotel didn't accept, but I asked at least for one night to be shifted and still this request was rejected. - Another case was the breakfast, I ordered eggs 5 minutes before the end of the breakfast timings, and was told that it is not possible to get eggs. The waitress had to enter the kitchen 3 times to only give us normal eggs, not even omlete. Also if you reach in the last 30 minutes, they normally don't refill the breakfast items and you would end up having limited choices. The female reciptionist were quite helpful and sweet.
