Comfortable room,wonderful city view from balcony,friendly staffs,very safe,walking distance to city attractions. Amazing view from Swimming pool. Only it should note that you need to have Grab App for taxi,from/to airport that is cheaper,reliable, and fast than public transportation and around city too.

Good value for money. The room was bigger than expected. it was clean and spacious. The bed and pillow was comfy. Theres small balcony. Theres proper size fridge, washing machine, cutlery, stove, shoe storage, big wardrobe, dining table, tv , sofa, towel for 2, shampoo & shower gel. We didnt expect to get such facilities for the price we paid. Location was superb. Close to train station and shopping malls ( about 10 minutes walk). Also close to art gallery UR-MUR. Ringht outside the apartment theres small warung sell local food and cheap. Theres also a lot of cafe, restaurant, & bar around (we ate dinner at Pizza Mansion and it was so good). We stay during weekdays, there is no problem with noise from the busy street. But we not sure how it will be during weekend. Check in process farely easy. Host was friendly and attentive.

Location is close to the party area, in the middle of bukit bintang and the food street jalan altor, many shops, bars, restaurants close by. So of you like to go out, friendly place to stay. The facilities (entrance area, elevators, pool, gym) were very nice, clean and good to use, not to crowded. The room is nice, spacious, with great balcony and view. The staff at the place was also helpful and kind, answering all my questions and helping me out through WhatsApp all the time within minutes.

Great place to stay! There is everything needed for life: microoven, fridge, washing machine, kettle, plates. Hotel has gym and pool. Wi-fi was good - there were no problems. Good view from balcony. Hotel located near Jalan Alor street with night street food market, also there are many of massage salons in this area. Value for money. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi for work. Once I'd checked in, the management were easy to reach. Decent shower. Amazing view of KL, particularly at night.

Excellent location close to shops, bars, restaurants and monorail/MRT. A lot of questions and resending of booking confirmation on WhatsApp just after I booked it but actual check-in & check-out was fast and easy. Nishant, the on site host was friendly, helpful and responded quickly. Flat was clean, nice view from balcony and had everything you needed for a few nights. Pool was lovely but I would have preferred if it got more sun

The apartment was really great! Located in a luxurious building the Ramada, the apartment was very large, brand new, bright, comfortable, equipped with every equipment and convenience! The air conditioning was fantastic and functional, the best I have ever found in my travels and the wifi was super excellent! The building also has a beautiful pool and gym on the 9th floor. But the thing I liked the most is the incredible kindness and helpfulness of the manager Nishant!! A very sweet, nice guy, incredibly helpful, always present, attentive, contactable at any time via whatsapp. I have never found such a helpful, kind and courteous person in all my travels! Also, when we arrived he also offered us the possibility to upgrade and go to an even nicer apartment in the surroundings, but we stayed there because the apartment was still fabulous! Thank you so much friend!!

The room is clean, comfortable and new. Staff is friendly and the best is the location & the swimming pool with view for relaxing. Thanks for all. We will be back in future. Everything is perfect!

Nice big rooms, good bathroom and king sized bed. It felt much more classy than last time even tho the room was basically the same - maybe because I booked a ‘Studio room. Great location near Changkat, Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang shopping and MRT. great views on the 9th floor - where the nice pool is also.
