The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast-included rate includes breakfast up to 2 adults only.
For room with Sahur to be packed and placed at front desk and guests will require to place the order before 11pm daily
For room with Breakfast will remain unchanged and guests will be notified by the front desk upon check in whether they will enjoy a pack food or semi buffet for breakfast during their stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was actually a suite with a living room equipped with TV, settee with coffee table & 2 arm chairs, dining table & 2 chairs, small kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and cutleries. The bedroom comes with a King size bed, wardrobe, attached toilet with a bath tub and shower cubicle. The fittings and furnishings are just basic, considering the price, OK. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was switched off and I have to wait some time for it to chill by which time my cold drinks were warm. What I like most is the convenience of the location. There are many restaurants within walking distance and KLCC is just 10 minutes by Grab and Bukit Bintang about 15 minutes. Grab is cheap in KL.

The hotel is on a busy four-lane road, but the noise doesn't carry much to the higher floors. Good connections from the centre by bus (stop is in front of the hotel) or metro (10 min. walk). Staff is attentive, room facilities good, bed comfortable, wifi reliable, two lifts, small fridge in room. Swimming pool, good choice for breakfast, there is a nonstop 7/11 shop next door.

Good value for money, for the price we paid, accommodation was big enough to cater for a family of four (one infant and one toddler). They provided a baby cot for my daughter which helped, and we were able to put two single beds together. We booked the one bedroom because we wanted a serviced apartment. Our bedroom and living room both had TV, which we didn't really use much but may be helpful for families that do a lot of screentime. Location near to a 7-11, but also a lovely cafe with good coffee called Curio, as well as a fitness gym KamilionX(?) Main highlight is actually the security staff - everytime we get out of the taxi they are so helpful with unloading our stroller and stuff, this I really appreciate!

The staff CK and Shiela at the reception and all the kitchen and service guys were very good. The suite was comfy and nice.

The hotel was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and arranged cabs for us whenever required. The location was also pretty decent. About 6 mins drive to the city. The hotel was very clean and we had a good experience overall.
