The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. MYR10 Tourism Fee is applied to Foreign Tourists, payable to hotel upon check in. This Tourism Fee is exempted for stays between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2022.
An amount of deposit will be collected upon check-in and unutilized amount is refundable upon departure.
Apart from that, should there be damaged to the room while the stay or detected upon departure, depending on the type and extent of damage, the hotel is entitle to collect a separate amount accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fall short of laundry washing facilities. Although they have room service for laundry but would be great if they have laundry washing machine for us to do on our own.

In a brilliant location, just outside the Pavillion shopping mall. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the staff are really friendly and helpful!

Great access to Pavilion and Suria, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. The only issue was the noise from the cars, which was a bit disturbing while sleeping.

This hotel was a joy to stay in. The staff are excellent at what they do and provide a 5 star service with a friendly smile. They are the best thing about the hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in KL and this one is up there on the good list. Check in/out was easy and painless and we were given a lovely high room. The facilities are excellent and rooms are spacious for the area. I especially liked the water filter. I also like the way the room entrance are offset so you're looking directly at another room on the opposite side of the corridor. It helps with keeping noise levels low too. We didn't eat here because the hotel is located so near to local food outlets, but we did have afternoon mocktails there which were excellent, again with excellent service. It was a shame that we couldn't have afternoon tea there as it requires a 3 day notice reservation! There was building work going on which we were informed about so it didn't come as a surprise but it made the reception area and bar area a little too noisy to relax during the day. However, I'm not marking it down because we were well informed ahead of time and we chose to continue to stay. I look forward to seeing the new reception area when I return. This is the first hotel I will look at when returning to KL in the future. Highly recommended.
