I liked the location and the staff was friendly. I didn't like the breakfast... they didn't include items that suit guests from Arabic countries. The room wasn't soundproof.. you can hear nosie from the street. The room light wasn't enough, and I didn't like the bathroom [ it was dark with no enough light at all.. the amenities were a little bit old] The TV screen was small and the picture quality wasn't good. Overall, the value for money wasn't as i expected.

The room was clean and spacious even with a view of the Twin towers. Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient for a tour in the centre. A very comfortable bed and desk.

Excellent location next to Imbi station and the hop on hop off bus. Wonderful facilities and staff! Best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced. Melia was an excellent choice for my solo travels - I felt welcome and safe.
