Kloe hotel is a beautiful industrial style hotel in the new part of Bukit Bintang, a few minutes walk from the Exchange TRX shopping centre. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very stylish with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the basket with free local snacks. The TV was Chromecast enabled, which was good and we could play whatever we wanted from our devices. After check-out, it was possible to store your luggage at the front desk and spend time in their pleasant hotel lobby. Would definitely stay again!

Love the attention to detail at this hotel, they have coasters the bathroom and dining area that teach you Malay words and how they are used, nostalgic local childhood sweets and snacks are complimentary in the room, food menu is yummy and creative and the store in the lobby is very cool. Trendy but charming, designer touches overall fabulous place and value for money.

The hotel is beautifully thought out, great location and pool area is a wonderful chill out space. Lucky cafe was amazing the smoothie was fantastic!

What an excellent experience! - staff: reception, housekeeping, breakfast, security, gardener and everyone was super friendly and professional at the same time! - breakfast is a different concept, but what an excellent concept it is! All choices are so tasty! - rooms and facilities were excellent! Modern, clean and comfortable! - location is really great! 5 to 10 minute walk (depending on the only traffic light on your path) to bukit bintang!

The facilities were great. The vibe overall set the place apart. Amazing customer service. Staff from day one made sure we were comfortable. Even waiting in the lobby for a grab the staff would come and offer water and make sure our stay was good

Love the quaint little boutique hotel. Glad to have chosen this hotel instead of all the 5 star big chains hotel. Location is convenient. The service by the staff was top-notch too! From the receptionist to the kitchen staff. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and special!
