Furniture is old and no refrigerator in room but room itself is quite large. Good internet. Can’t beat the location, in the heart of Bukit Bintang very close to Jalan Alor. Close to light rail and metro Only thing I don’t like are their towels. They are not good and will not get you dry

Near shops, lot10, jalan alor, restaurants, money changer.. Air conditioner - too cold (i like) There's a lift! Laundry room, but need to buy token.

Good location and friendly staff. You can also rent motobikes here if you need one. I read a lot of comments that the WiFi was not good, but during my stay of 4 days I had reliable and fast internet without any issues. So seems they addressed that.

the location tip top, we easily can go anywhere from here restaurants , shopping mall, street food even the famous one also just near this hotel. The hotel room is nice, neat and clean. The security for this hotel also tip top, you need to enter the entrance using pin code. They also have fantastic receptionist, helpful and friendly. I definitely will come again and need to book early if anyone have plan to stay in this hotel because they always fully booked 🙁
