The fine print

The room was sufficient and comfortable for a night or 2 work stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Lucky for me, my room was ready early so I could check in immediately and took a nap before work. It's definitely a workplace hotel more than a vacation hotel.

We had a university reunion at the poolside bistro and stayed for 2 nights. Everything was awesome from the bellman who were helpful with bringing up items to the venue efficiently. The hi tea function at the bistro was amazing. The spread was amazing and delicious. All good feedback only. Syahmi was so so helpful and En Burhan managed his staff well. Miss Nonie who was sales rep was super efficient and easy to deal with from the beginning. The rooms were spacious and clean and bed so comfortable. Overall , our reunion was amazing , the bistro was amazing and the accommodation was amazing. The breakfast buffet was lovely too.

Location is good, just outside the busy area, so its not too crowded. However its close to train tracks, so can hear the trains roll by once a while. Room is spacious and nice. Lovely walk along the corridor to the rooms.

EVERYTHING! It exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were helpful and very nice, the restaurant waiting staff were attentive. I love the decor and interior design of the whole hotel! It's just a shame I cannot enjoy swimming at the pool since it is currently under construction as of during my stay there. But even to the restaurant was amazing! Food was delish, the design was immaculate.
