The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that parking facility is based on first come first serve basis.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. It was a wonderful short trip to KL. The check-in time was officially at 3 PM, but the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early at 1:30 PM. The room cleaning staff provided exceptional service, and we must specifically commend the staff who cleaned Room 812 on 10 January 2025. Despite leaving our thick and heavy winter clothes scattered around the luggages, we returned in the evening to find the space immaculate. The staff had neatly arranged clothes on our luggage, going above and beyond standard housekeeping duties. The hotel's location is also excellent. Chinese food stall KOPITIAM LCL 99 is just a stone's throw away from the hotel. If you enjoy Chinese food, such as beef noodles or chicken rice, it’s a great bonus to have the opportunity to try authentic local Chinese food here. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Jalan Alor Food Street and conveniently close to the Petronas Twin Towers, with grab costing approximately RM 7-10. We even enjoyed a walk from Petronas Twin Towers to Jalan Alor (about 20-24 minutes) and then back to the hotel (12-18 minutes).

After reporting to the counter that there was a problem with the air conditioning, the waiter quickly came to check on it. After the inspection, he also quickly changed my room. The service was very good. After changing rooms, I can rest comfortably This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel.

Strategic position, good view of the city. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. Had 2 mini marts and 1 convenience store 2 minutes away on foot. Maybank (atm, money exchange) was also within walking distance. Hotel is 5 mins walk from masjid Jamek LRT station. Bus stops are 1 minute away on foot. Nice eating spots scattered around the hotel and fun to explore. Petaling street/KLCC/Bukit Bintang are all 5-10 mins away by car/grab or on foot if you have the stamina for it.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the view from the 13th to 15th-floor rooms was amazing, with sights of KL Tower and the Twin Towers. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel's location was convenient, close to transportation hubs and restaurants, making it very accessible.

The location made it super easy to catch the MRT, LRT, and buses. Plenty of restaurants, Mini marts, and laundry spots nearby too! And it made use easy to reach some attractions too.

For the price and the location, this hotel was great! It was sufficiently clean and well-furnished! Service was efficient and pleasant as well. 😄
