The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location and attentive staff. Fabulous rooftop bar. The floors need to be better cleaned in the breakfast restaurant and in the rooms. The breakfast needs more imagination. It’s ok but not wow.

put in high room below gym so were woken up at 5.30 with someone dropping weights. had the faff of moving rooms. ridiculous idea to out a room below gym. rooftop was stunning and loved location

Internet connection was slow hence was not able to use the casting function for Netflix. otherwise no issues

Good-sized room and very comfortable. All the staff were very helpful. The rooftop swimming pool is large - great for an early morning swim with a view of the cityscape. Easy walk from the nearest monorail station and a good collection of eating places around the hotel. Getting to the shopping centre, however, was a bit dicey.
