The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
Non-vaccinated guests are not permitted to check-in or enter the hotels premises as per guidelines by the Ministry of Health. However, if you have an exemption from the Ministry of Health in Malaysia, kindly provide the documentation to the hotel in advance, so that the hotel's management can verify this before check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Location was great, breakfast was good but omelette section did not let us choose what type of omelette we want.They make whatever they want and you have to take that.Room was not too clean, the hallway looked like there was construction.Room door was beat up and damaged.

The hotel nearby KLCC. Only take 10 minutes walking. Nearby Restoran Kandar Pelita and foodtruck.

Location was superb. Room is big but a bit old. But it ok..... staff not to say, they were so good in terms of customer service. I believe they have experience and well trained.

Room a bit dated, however the service was superb. Thank you Hotel Maya. Very close to KLCC, we can just walk to get there. Location very strategy.

Hotel very close to klcc, the iconic of Malaysia. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was so good. Will be back soon to hotel MAYA klcc.
