Location was convenient. We requested to change rooms because of noise and staff were understanding and nice about it throughout the process. Rooms were clean and comfortable otherwise.

The front desk staff really friendly. The room was really big & cozy. All the hotel staff very helpful from my first day of staying on 18Dec2024 till 26Dec. Will come back again to stay in the hotel.

Location is perfect, walking distance to Pavillion and only 1 station use mrt to TRX Exchange, mrt station located just infront of the hotel.

Room and toilet were both spacious. Refrigerator and kettle for coffee was available. TV had English channels! Swift check-in with friendly and courteous staff. Just across is the seafood open air street with plenty dining options (seafood restaurants) and fruit vendors.
