The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sangeeta at check-in even organised a birthday cake for me for my birthday! We requested both rooms to be at the same level and she gave us side by side rooms, which was really helpful. The concierge (sorry I forgot his name), was also very helpful with information and booking our transport. The rooms are cleaned really well each day. Great selection at buffet breakfast .. my favourite was the Indian corner. The location is unbeatable.. just across from KL Sentral and easy to catch Grab taxi everywhere from the hotel. Could not fault this hotel. Will definitely book Hilton KL again if we are to return there.

The staff were wonderful. They were attentive, and provided chocolates and hand written notes during room service. Rooms were very spacious and toilet was huge. Really in love with this Hotel.
