The location was great, right above a shopping mall, very strategic with easy access to other location and a nice view. The room was spacious, with two bedrooms, which was a plus.

We are a premier guest at Berjaya Hotel since last 25 years.On this particular dates 21-24 January 2025 ,we also checked in at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.Since our last minute request for additional room at BTS Hotel not available, we have decided to book a unit at BTS Resident. The room was very clean & hygenic with all facilities were in order.The Host Mr Ahmed was very responsive & responsible person in attended to our request.Mr Ahmed's assistance " Mr Mazidul" was also a kind & helpful person...always smile.. The 2 Bangladeshi housekeeping crews have perform good job during our stay. Sure we will come again in future & will recommend to our staff,family & friend. Thank you very much.

Well, Ahmed was polite and met as at lobby as promised. He provided the extra towel and an iron as requested. It was convenient for shopping at berjaya times square and there was a 7 eleven nearby which was convenient for late night snacks. The MRT was close by...convenient to travel to pavillion and lot 10. We walked to pavillion as there is a canopy like walkway and pedestrian bridges for us, so no worries if it is a rainy day, you will not be drenched.

The location was perfect. The pool was excellent. The room wasn’t quite as good as the hotel tower but it wasn’t too bad. The shopping centre between the towers was sensational. Spent a lot of time there. The service guys were great.

The location is just wonderful and facilities are very good. Above all Mr Ahmad is a wonderful guy who is always at hand to help you and to make you comfortable. Ahmad is a gem of a man who is ready to render help even at odd hours.
