The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast spread—the variety was impressive, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the service from the staff was outstanding. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Shout out to Kelvin (I hope I get the spelling right) from Guest Services, who was very accommodating to our needs (i.e the frequent request of ice bucket, haha!)

View from the room was exeptional. Location is very near to twin towers, easy access to the skyway towards Bukit Bintang. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Overall ambiance of the hotel was awesome.

Nice staff, very kind Room w view of Petronas towers v nice. Booking was arranged over two reservations, they merged them and had one room night, not tower facing, which they upgraded like the other reservation (2 nights facing the Petronas towers) when they merged the two adjacent stays at no charge. Big room, big bathroom. V clean. Laundry service was v good, pro.
