The staff at this CitizenM is really nice. For example, they allowed us to check-in well ahead of time after seeing how exhausted we were when we showed up. The first room we were given had a strong smell so they gave us another room without any hesitation. The room itself was comfortable, we really liked the bed and it was quiet (facing inside court). However you can't open the window not the blinds as other rooms would see you. The breakfast had both vegetarian and non-veggie options. The food was always a bit cold but it didn't bother us too much. The hotel's location is perfect to explore Bukit Bintang. Did I say the staff was extraordinarily nice?

Fantastic stay as a solo woman traveller. The rooms are incredible - great facilities & tech. Best shower I had all holiday and the staff goes above and beyond. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

We had a very warm welcome once landed in KL. The hotel is in the hearth of Bukit Bintang very close to Jalan Alor. Check in was easy and quick . The room is not big but it has everything needed for a perfect stay: clean working shower, comfy bed, double shutter, tv. You can control everything from the iPad and it is amazing. Breakfast was nice too. There is a section where they do real coffee and cappuccinos but gets a bit overcrowded in peak times.

The location and the rooms of the hotel were good. Excellent staff, especially the manager Sinan, he was very helpful with suggestions and arranging transportation for us when we requested it at short notice.
