The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

The entire experience at Banyan Tree was amazing: perfect location, everything was up to the 5 stars, including cleanliness, services, and the staff. We tried pretty much everything: the restaurant, the cocktail bar, the spa, the room service, the high tea, and we loved everything we did.

the bathrooms were clean and the automated toilets were world class. rooms were spacious and beautiful. reception was super helpful even in the middle of the night and room service was amazing. they set up a lovely dining table in the middle of the room for us. never seen room serrvice done that well before.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. We loved the large comfy bed, spacious bedroom area and cleanliness. The room was made up perfectly each day, and we loved the warmth of the turn down service laying out slippers and lighting scented incense. The bath was also huge and perfect to sink in to after a busy day. The pool area is amazing, with a view of the Petronas Towers. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The spa was excellent and reasonably priced.

The room was superbly clean and the view of the bathtub is the bathroom was fantastic
