The fine print

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Petronas tower. Exploring the city from it is very easy. The hotel is clean, modern and the room was spacious. The hotel has two pools, a small one on the rooftop and another one on ground level, which is great if you want to swim for some distance, but might have to do it before most guests hit the pool, i.e. early in the morning. There are also some great options for eating out around the corner if one is not inclined to eat in the hotel.

Location was brilliant. Staff very helpful. Suite was very big with kitchen area and washing machine. Bed comfortable. Bathroom toiletries replenished daily and wear good quality creams.

Its a really good location, right next to petronas twin towers. The view from the top floor is amazing. The price is great for a reason this is not a 5 star hotel.

Great stay with some issues. One room was really small, without any windows and the AC was blowing directly on the bed. Great breakfast.

It was excellent stay. Great location, easy to walk to KLCC and the city. We were surprised with the amazing rooftop restaurant with close-up KLCC view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfy. Will definitely recommend this place.

Very close to the twin towers, right in the center. nice accommodation, has all the amenities described in the app. But the bath sink was clogged and wouldn't drain at all (had to endure it for a week and it was inconvenient), the toilet was sometimes stuck and water was flowing - the cleaners saw it and didn't pay attention. I wasn't going to spend all my time renovating the room. The butler was unhappy with the currency of the tip and didn't hide it, the housekeepers weren't polite either. The Starbucks coffee point on the first floor didn't work all week due to a breakdown.

We were warmly greeted everytime we arrived or returned. Staff were polite and responsive to any requests. Clean, comfortable and spacious aparthotels with well stocked kitchenette and efficient washer/dryer. There was a water filter in each apartment for drinking water. Beautiful large pool, kids pool and kids playground on level 6. Smaller pool on the rooftop with an AMAZING view of the twin towers. We had delicious and reasonably priced cocktails at their rooftop restaurant/bar. 5 min walk to Avenue K with an underpass to Suria KLCC. It was easy to get Grab cars. There is a free shuttle from the lobby to different points of interest.

Amazing staff, amazing rooftop and pool. Rooms are very big and very clean. Very good location. Allowed us to check-out 3 hours later for no extra cost.
