It is a convenient location to move around KL City area as it is mostly a walking distance be it the KLCC, PETRONAS Twin Towers, The PAVILLION, Lot 10 etc... My studio room was clean, cosy and the window view was nice. Definitely, will stay here again.

All perfect but... our toilet water drainage not functioning or design flaw. Water won't go away quickly and it stagnant for a long time.

Although there are now several newer and more modern apartment hotels in Bukit Bintang/KLCC vicinity, I have always come back to stay at Ascott Kuala Lumpur. It’s very private, quiet and yet within walking distance to KLCC Shopping mall. The rooms are apartment size and furnished well. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I make use of the coin laundry facilities on Level 22 every evening. Reception/staff hospitality is warm and welcoming. Ascott is like a home away from home.

Fantastic location at KLCC Room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for our stay Restaurant undergoing renovations so breakfast was ordered in advance and delivered to the room As usual, staff were polite, professional and always willing to assist Laundry facilities very welcome Swimming pool and spa
