The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Our restaurant Arte 66 Restaurant & Bar is strictly formal / smart casual with no shorts and slippers. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the restaurant for our Lunch, High-Tea and Dinner sessions. Due to limited seatings, reservations are required prior to dining and walk-ins are subject to table availability. The restaurant reserves the right to deny service to guests who do not adhere to these policies.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive, we had our late night flight and because we were travelling with forex card and cash was our only option to pay for grab cab, hotel staff helped us in booking our late night cab, very much appreciated for the help. The room was cozy and with superb city view, with KL Towers, Twin Towers, etc entire city visible from our room. The hotel is beautifully designed and is really Instagram worthy. Cleaning was spot on and prompt.

The whole place was beautiful! Fantastic views and lovely interior design and decoration...which was also unusual and interesting. The hotel was in a great location...15 minutes from city Central. The staff were very friendly and helpful, very eager to assist when needed. Dining room/ restaurant was elegant and food delicious!

Super impressed by the quality of decor, design and creature comforts. Staff was super helpful, motivated and well informed. But, do get someone else to cook the nasi lemak for breakfast. It was bad. Lol The western breakfast was top quality. A buffet breakfast would be nice instead of picking from a list of 4 main dishes.

Got a great deal for a one night stay as I needed to ensure I'd be at KL airport in time for my departure. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Aesthetically, this is likely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Both the exterior and interior leans into the artistic elements. Great view. Great pool. AMAZING bed (so comfy!)
