Stay there especially while taking a break/holiday due to the strategic location.! Room is always clean whenever I stayed there with comfy bed of course.

Walking distance to many tourist hotspot. Pillow is super soft and fluffy. Staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. Rectification was done when called for.

Location is very prime. Walking distance to few landmarks. TRX Mall, pavillion, alor street. No need to drive around. Hotel price is fair compared to surroundings Parking is safe as there is a security, but space is limited.

I like the japanese style room, bed is very comfy. Location of hotel is at bukit bintang, good access to nearby shopping malls and eating places.

Location is excellent for shoppers. services were prompt when I complain power trip in the room and it turns out the door access card was the issue. The maintenance staff offered himself to validate the card for me. check in/out was fast and excellent
