Nice clean large comfortable room with TV /fridge. Swimming pool & gym were a great bonus. Excellent location from train and easy access to MRT. Good food places & shopping mall within short walking distance. Would stay again.

the Room was roomy and all amenities provided, when requested we got additional towel and toiletries. breakfast was excellent! the range and variety were fantactic and the service great, im glad we decided to include breakfast. also its open at 6am for early flights like ours. the location is great as its in KL Sentral and easy to get about.

The ability to check in early. Possibly because a few days before our arrival we were asked about the estimated time of our arrival so perhaps the room was made ready when we arrived.

I love everything about aloft…perhaps can balance types of menu during breakfast…it’s seems like aloft is focusing more on Indian’s menu….other than that everything is superb….
