The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 14 January 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The room was clean and spacious. Had a very comfortable mattress and good A/C. They also provide instant coffee (or better a mocha coffee, sadly for me that I like it black, but it’s a nice touch). It’s a simple motel in a rural town and if you keep this is mind it serves your needs. There are restaurants around that are open till late. Price is unbeatable!
