The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
'The Langkawi Tourism Fee will be changed to RM10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards in line with the Langkawi Municipal Council.
For key events, a charge of RM20 per night will apply. Key events include Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.'Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. All the front of house, including the gym, are exceptional double height spaces. The staff are exceptional, the best we’ve come across in our travels. The butler service was impeccable.

awesome room and pool, extremely helpful staff, and nice and clean private beach. location is 5 min drive to the local town so you can use the Grab app to get around too. so it was very convenient!

The hotel is located in privacy. Wonderful view, idyllic atmosphere. Comfortable rooms. A wonderful place to relax. The pool of the room is closed from the scorching sun. Professional and very friendly staff. The cuisine is varied, very high quality and tasty dishes.
