With the windows closed, the accommodation is completely quiet despite the proximity to the bars and the beach. Everything works fine including parking, wifi, cooking, freezer, AC. The hosts are very helpful, nice and always available.

Everything was great. Our apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. Host was always at disposal, very helpful. Great location (in more or less quite area) but close to the beaches, bars and great restaurants.

We loved our time in Albania. Ksamil is a beautiful place. Villa Oden was perfect. And Faria was a great host making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Beatiful views, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Thank you very much Faria for your hospitality.

Villa Oden was my home away from home for 3 nights. In some reviews it says it is 5 mins from the beach. It is actually only 3 mins!!! Large, light, airy apartment with nice balcony. The owner let me wash some clothes which was great. They were very friendly and were constantly keeping the place clean.

Great family run hotel just 2 minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants nearby, Just 3 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, Would definitely recommend and stay there again
