The apartment was ok but very humble. Funiture and kitchen aids were old. Be careful with kitchen hood, it is shocking with eletricity. The same with stove, better not to touch metal parts. It was minimum of folks and nifes, pans as well very old and I guess its very unhealthy to cook on such scratched teflon. It was a nice garden and very close to the sea and city center. But because of this till 12am it was loud music from the beach even in October.

Villa with a great location only few meters from the beach and the downtown of Ksamil with a lot of the restaurants and shops in the surrounding, but located in a calm street. Comfortable accommodation, easy parking, great comunication with the host.... I can only recomend.

View was great. Wonderful distance to beaches and and dining, but shielded from the busy roads. The host, Renato, was around all the time and helped with questions and made sure parking was available. We also got tips for good beaches without noise.

The apartment is comfortable and has everything we needed for a five day stay. It looks great and has a cute patio. Location is perfect, super close to the beaches and the center but away from the noise. The owners are amazing people, they did their best to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place to spend holliday. It was very comfort, familyfriendly and clean. Near to the beach, only 2 minutes and there was supermarket near. The host and the wife were very nice, they had very good communication and wellcommening. I Will highly recomand.

If you're dreaming of an Albanian escape, look no further than Vila Leo! Location, Location, Location! Forget the car just walk. Literally steps from the beach 110 mts. A mini supermarket is a 30 seconds away. You're right in the heart of the action, with delicious restaurants and Ksamil's most stunning beaches all within easy reach. All with the touch of privacy, just the exact meters aways to be quite and chill. Vila Leo isn't just a place to crash, it's a cozy. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need - nice bed, bathroom, and a full kitchen, air conditioning and fast wifi. But what truly elevates Vila Leo is the incredible hospitality. The owners are the friendliest, the parents dont speak a lot english but they are very kind. Book Vila Leo, you won't regret it! It's the perfect combination of beachfront, convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and genuine Albanian warmth. We can't wait to return!
