Clean and modern rooms, super comfy beds, and great location: quiet neighborhood, but very close to supermarket, beach, and center of Ksamil. The owners are wonderful people who helped us with additional requests that arose during our stay. We would come back, thank you!

We had a long and pleasant stay at Vila Eduart and we enjoyed every single day. The view from the balcony was perfect and the room was spacious and clean.

Owners were so friendly and helpful! Thank you for that. The room was clean and new. Location was also good, few minutes walk to the beach and restaurant. It was in quiet area.

Very good location close to the beach and walk to town. Clean, bright room with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent but sadly doesn’t come with tea/coffee.
