The hotel is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the towels are changed daily. Elizabeth is very friendly, always trying to help her guests with everything they need. We really appreciated her interest in making us feel very good during our stay. Also, the hotel has it’s own beach and the sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the room price.

From the moment we arrived at this small boutique style hotel we only received the best service from Elizabeth and her team. The pictures on Tripadvisor are outdated for a start. We had a modern and perfectly arranged room and en-suite. When we arrived we were told that our room had only finished being updated and we had a massive balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Overall the hotel is bright, clean and airy. To be honest we did have to send Elizabeth a list of items that we needed in our room such as extra pillows and a blanket as the evenings were slightly cooler due to the rain in September. But for Elizabeth, nothing gets in the way of her guests having the best stay and by the time that we got back from breakfast, not only was our room made up but everything that we asked for was done. So let’s talk food. The hotel is set back from the beach and you will need to do a 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive to the restaurant (lots of parking available). The restaurant is a fairly good size and it’s literally on the beach. Breakfast is served each day by Bruno - he writes nothing down and remembers everything. You can also have dinner at the restaurant (they specialise in fish and pasta dishes) and you get a discount when staying at the hotel. And that beach - it’s so beautiful and turquoise blue, clear water and clean but also very popular. Again if you are staying at the hotel the sun loungers are free. Everywhere else you will have to pay. In terms of location, the hotel is in the quieter part of as you enter from Sarande. The busy part is further into the town and is quite crowded with restaurants, bars and clubs. We preferred the option to visit there and come back to the relative calm of Hotel New Krystal. I really recommend that you stay at Hotel New Crystal and I know that when we do revisit Ksmail this hotel will be very hard to beat. Elizabeth and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I had no idea breakfast was included so this was a nice surprise. The apartment felt like a home away from home and I felt very comfortable there. Its nice that you have access to free beds on the beach. If I came back to Ksamil again I'd probably stay here, its nice for solo travellers, I felt safe here as a female. There is an ATM and a shop below which is handy. There is a bug screen from the room to the balcony you can use to get fresh air and keep mossies out of the room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s clear that the owner truly cares about her guests—she’s incredibly kind and even waited for us late into the evening due to some car issues. The rooms are spacious, with a large balcony and excellent AC. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, though we didn’t use it because the Albanian food was too good to pass up. The only thing I would change in the room is adding some curtains in the shower, as the whole bathroom tends to get wet. Breakfast is served at a lovely café right by the sea, which is such a great idea—you can head over in your swimsuit and enjoy the beach right after. The breakfast itself is delicious, with a wide variety of options: Albanian pancakes, omelets, yogurts, fresh fruits, and the tastiest fig jam. The coffee was on par with what you'd get in Italy—the best we had in Albania! All the staff were super friendly, and as a hotel guest, you can use the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for free. This part of the coast is especially beautiful, with the sun lingering for the longest part of the day. The beach is spotless, thanks to a dedicated staff member who ensures everything is organized and tidy. You can rent canoes, SUPs, or boats to explore the sea, which was a lot of fun. We visited at the end of the season, and it was peaceful and quiet—not too crowded. I truly believe Ksamil will become even more popular in the coming years, and this place has so much potential. Highly recommended!

The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. The room was very clean. The breakfast was in a great location and had lots to choose from. We never left hungry. It’s great to have access to sunbeds considering you can’t be on a beach without paying for them

Elisabeth is amazing. She was super kind all the time and helped us with everything. The hotel accommodations are great. The location is perfect. The fact that you have a private beach is the best part. We will come back. Thank you!!!

The host is very friendly and always available. The apartment is clean and in a good location. The breakfast is tasty with a beautiful view on the beach. The private beach is also a plus.

First Beta and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and has a balcony to sit outside. Beta came to get us when we got lost. The property is very close to several supermarkets. The breakfast provided at hosts beach restaurant is excellent. The restaurant is about a 10 min walk from the hotel. There are also free sun-beds for guests. There is parking for a small number of cars at the property. This hotel has so much potential.
