The hotel is a new construction, very cozy and with good atmosphere and nicely located, the beach it is just two minutes by foot, and you will find markets and restaurants around. The personal is very friendly. In overall it was a great choice, great place to stay. We totally recommend it.

The room was clean and the balcony was big. The breakfast was also good, but everyday it was the same. I liked the courtyard soo much.

The owner of the hotel was just amazing. So frendly and nice, it almost felt like we are old friends. The room was cleaned every day, but I am tlaking next level: every day clean towels, bed nicely done and they even put teddies from our kids on the top of it. The little things they have done, were the ones that made us feel like they put a lot of effort in the work. The food was always freshly made, from veggies to fresh fruit...everyone found something for their taste. We just fell in love with that hotel, and for sure if we come back to Ksamil, we will come again.

Destination was perfect. Hotel is in heart of Ksamil. 5 minutes to beach (which is cheaper th others) next to hotel is cheap and awesome traditional restaurant. And 2 minutes to bus stop and shop. Personal was super friendly and hard working. We have everyday our room like a new. Rooms are new and looks so cool. Breakfast is not same everyday. Tatiana alias mamacita is really good person. Wish her all best.xx
