The location was great. The staff were super helpful. Tony the manager made sure we were looked after Easy check in - 2 mins ! Check out a bit longer as they check the room. Clean fresh bedding, yes the towels were a little crispy but I’m guessing they are dried outside. If The staff listened - when we felt rushed at the half board dinner, we asked them to slow the service and they did. I’ve seen lots of comments on here but really if you aren’t happy with how something is, ask for it to change and be team really do try to please. Sun loungers are also available to the public, but we asked for a front row, and we got it, yes there are only two allocated for a family room, but we asked and were allocated an extra. But it wasn’t high season. Lovely cocktails, nice beach service and the team tried really hard to please. When my son lost his hat they all searched until it was found.

Check in and check out went smoothly. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach. The view was superb. Could do late check out with no additional charge.

Spacious room with great facilities. The beachfront location was ideal, and easy to walk to the rest of the town. Breakfast was nice with a good selection, and 3 kittens! Plenty of parking. The views from the balcony were great.

Incredible location in beautiful Ksamil. We were greeted well by reception upon arrival & our bags were taken to our room for us. The staff could not have done more to make our stay any better! The hospitality & genuine care that we were looked after was brilliant! A special mention to Albert who was brilliant at serving us & making sure we always had a drink, he really went out of his way to see to us, arranging boat trips, making restaurant recommendations & helping out with a car issue. Luan gave great service in the restaurant too. The room was nice & bed very comfy. Food was great in the restaurant. Can’t wait to come back.
