Staff were amazing. Hotel very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Fresh towels everyday. A very short walk to a lovely beach. Just at the start of the strip so nice and quiet area

Hotel is modern, furnishings are fresh and extremely clean, beds are wonderfully soft, air-conditioning is very efficient. The staff are outstanding, genuinely warm and happy to help with any questions about the area or just to have a general chat. The breckfast was really good, every day there was a rotating selection of fresh home made hot dishes, literally a local person making the foods they give to their own family on a special occasion.

The location was okay, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also good. Staff was kind. The room was clean.

Really friendly staff and accommodating. Odysseus the owner even rushed out to the local kiosk at midnight to get us snacks for the drinks we were having at the bar. Made our Ksamil experience even better.

Breakfast was very good with some daily changes to the food selection offered. Young receptionist did her utmost to accommodate every request and make our stay as good as possible.

Staff member Laura was exceptional. So helpful and friendly. Laura went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Breakfast was excellent. Room and cleanliness were excellent. We even managed to get towels and have a shower before leaving on the last day.
