The host and his family are so friendly and accomodating. We had such a fantastic stay. Felt so welcome and comfortable to ask for assistance and recommendations in the area. The room was clean and very spacious for two. Amazing location to the beach, restaurants and bars. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Ksamil.

The owners were so caring and hospitable! They really make the hotel feel like a home. Clean room with a lot of space, even a freezer which was handy for keeping my drinks cold. Laundry was free. Great location, just a five minute walk to the main beach strip.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the owners gave us a really warm welcome, offered us several bottles of water for free. He gave us tips on what to do, where to go, which were really helpful. The location was really close to the beach. There is a big fridge in the room. Pizza was really nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Arsenal in Ksamil and it was a fantastic experience. Arian and his family do an amazing job of making you feel welcome. They provide plenty of useful tips and are always polite and attentive. Their dedication ensures you have a wonderful time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and hospitable stay in Ksamil.

The owners were extremely friendly and sweet. They helped us with everything we needed. Also the room were very clean and spacious. And the hotel is very close to the center of Ksamil so yolu can walk to many places.Overall our experience was amazing!

The owners are amazing people, very friendly and make us feel as we were at home. They are very welcoming people. Breakfast is great, room was perfect with fridge, TV and are conditioning working. We definitely will comeback.

The property is located at the heart of Ksamil with 5 minute walk to the beaches and seconds from shops, the hosts (Ari & Anjeza) are amazing and will go to every length to make your stay enjoyable, the place is clean and with everything you need to have a great vacation all within a very reasonable price, there is a pizza shop downstairs with exceptional pizza too, Do not hesitate to book this place as you will not regret it!
