The team are great; very polite and helpful. The hotel is elegant and comfortable. Very spacious rooms, which are immaculately clean. The breakfast choice is very good, with fresh, tasty and high quality dishes. The service is very professional. It was great that the hotel reacted to previous feedback and added an extra coffee machine, which meant less waiting time to fill up. Thank you to Peter and the team for an excellent stay.

The hotel is located in one of the best spots in Krynica - easy to reach everywhere. Breakfast was very good (however a bit crowded and short and the live station didn't offer i.e. egg benedict).

We liked the location, right in the centre of Krynica. The pool was great, long and clean. It is an adult friendly hotel so we didn't meet any small children there, which was quite relaxing.

Location was excellent, situated next to the promenade. Pool facilities were first rate and the staff in general were helpful and friendly. Breakfast superb.
