Very friendly and enthousaistic owner. The rooms were very clean. Parking is available accross the street. Breakfast is not included but can be added.

The location was perfect, especially if you're taking the bus. The castle and bazar were super close. Megy offered to pick us up from F Kruja and was always available to help us. The room was clean, huge and everything was new.

We loved the Kalaja inn, its location right next to the old town and castle is just perfect. We were travelling as a family of 6 and were accommodated in the lovely family room with 5 beds and a cot. It was really comfortable, spacious and had a lovely balcony with pretty view. I loved that I could secure the balcony doors and room door so my young children couldn’t escape, so it was really safe. The bathroom was brand new and all worked perfectly. The black out shutters made the room pitch black at night and it’s in a very quiet area so it was silent too, so everyone slept really well on lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was a fantastic spread of Albanian food. The host was really helpful and spoke fluent English. I’d definitely stay here again, thank you so much!!

Megy is a lovely host, very helpful and kind. The place is located a few minutes away from the market and lovely hikes. Room was exceptionally clean as well.
