The staff is very helpful. The hotel is new and very clean. The breakfast is excellent. The location is good with many restaurants close by. The hotel is also close to many must see attractions.

The staff were so helpful as I was concerned our hire car was parked off road. They took the keys and moved their own car to fit me in. Nice clean, comfortable room with a fabulous view from the balcony. Buffet breakfast available from 7am, which meant we could eat before an early flight. Around 45 minutes to airport.

Room and balcony comfortable and good size. Bed comfortable. Served breakfast adequate. Hotel and furniture and fittings all new and hi-tec with all the plusses and minuses.

The hotel is located very close to the center of the town and the castle, you can just walk 1 minute and find the bus stop, the place was clean, smells good, very delicious breakfast and nice personal.

Fantastic, new hotel. The staff was very friendly, the whole hotel super clean. Rooms also perfect in size and nice view from the balcony. Breakfast in the restaurant is delicious and rich. All in all: perfect.

A great hotel. Staff very helpful and pleasant especially Ibraham. Rooms clean and modern. Bed comfy and location is close to everything, only a 5 min walk to the castle.

Beautiful room very close to the old bazaar, supermarkets and castle, adequate bathroom size, bidet, a marvelous breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff
