Very new and clean. Complementary water, coffee and tea :) the owner parked our car as it's quite a small space. And you can pay by card which is very unusual in Albania :D

The room was great - stylish, clean and comfortable. The bed was soo good and it was quiet at night. We really liked to stay there and would have wanted to stay longer.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.

This is a brand new place, which is why it does not have a lot of reviews yet I guess. We arrived late at night and only met the host briefly in the morning but he was super friendly and spoke perfect English. He also responded to all our messages and requests immediately (we needed to leave our luggage there whilst sightseeing and that was no.problem).There is a coffee machine and there are tea making facilities in the corridor, so basically next to the rooms. The soundproofing of this place and the installations are something I have never seen in my life- amazing. There is a smart TV, quiet, efficient air conditioning etc. The bed was sooo comfy.

Our stay at HM Boutique Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Even though the check in instructions were very clear the staff was there to make sure we had no issues with that. With its convenient location and outstanding service, this property has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. The host provided excellent tips on local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended! Ps. The lady welcomed us with fresh juice, fruits and delicious muffins made by her. (That was not included in our reservation, just a hospitality gesture from the owner)
