It was an okay stay. Reception never answered the phone when we called. Couldn’t use hot tub because it wasn’t set up properly for us

Sibani Lodge is beautiful place, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The one thing that was a let down was food, out of 10 i would rate them a 4. Burger was was the only nice thing I ate

The kitchen is completely visible to the guests which is not very appealing and tends to be loud when they’re cooking. Perhaps a cover to separate the kitchen and the dining area could work abit better.

This was an incredible lodge with premium facilities in the actual lodge that I stayed in, The room was very spacious and gave you a view of the outside while being indoors! They have a beautiful pool in the main reception area. My rooms hot tub was my showstopper!

The location is not far from the city. The staff are all welcoming willing to help. I would suggest that the rooms are propertlt cleaned e.g dusting. Also make use of stay soft on bathroom towels. The smell was unpleasent.

I liked everything the quietness, i had so much time to connect with myself. The jacuzzi is so stylish i liked how they warmed the water. I guess il come back for it

The staff was great. Very professional, respectful & accommodating. I commend other employees & waiters working there very respectful & accommodating. These range from Manager,, the waiters, all employees working at the lodge inside & outside as well the lady who took us for the game drive. I can't say the same with regards to the chef ( the white lady) she is in the wrong space. She is not a people's person
