The owner was friendly and welcoming. He cooked us dinner - amok, which was delicious! My room was small, but cozy and clean. It was an interesting experience to stay with the family and share the space with them and other guests. I loved observing the market and people living their life. Nice location too.

One of the most authentic homestays I’ve ever stayed in. The family is so welcoming and having home cooked dinner with all the guests was a treat. Great value for money.

One of the best and most unique experiences of my whole Cambodia trip! Everything was perfect. The homestay is very close to an local market. The family is very friendly and you feel like you are a part of them. I highly recommend to book the local tour at the homestay. You will see dolphines, a local school and many more. A good possibility to see the real cambodia in an less-touristy area.

Amazing home stay in Kratie! This is a very authentic experience where you get to stay/eat with the family. We did the tuk tuk tour with Mr Sok which was really interesting and showed us the day in the life of a Cambodian. Mr Sok always helped us organise a dolphin tour and bus tickets to our next destination. It can be a little noisy in the morning as the market is right outside. We didn’t mind as we were up early everyday doing this. Highly recommend!

This was a true homestay. We were in a section of the house. If you wanted you can take delicious meals and our host offered a wonderful full day local tour. This is not luxury. Shared space with shared bathroom but it works well.

It's a lovely place! The beds are comfortable and covered by a mosquito net. The facilities are simple and clean. There's free drinking water and they have a restaurant in the morning if you want to have breakfast. The village tour is super interesting and the whole family is just really lovely!

The location is fantastic close to town and in the village with a local market every morning. Tours and services provided for by the owner were invaluable. The home is warm, and the family is so welcoming. It was our first homestay, and we never felt like we were imposing. Home is also safe. Family is always around. Food was scrumptious. They accommodated me as I don't eat fish, and we ate there 3 out of the 4 nights. Was so Good. The local market right on the street has fantastic ice coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit. The family does make breakfast as well, so that's an option.

Authentic experience with a very friendly family! The room was spacious enough, the bed was soft and big, and the bathroom was clean. The food was so delicious and the experience of eating at one big table with all the guests and the family was fantastic. The tour is really worth it, you’ll definitely see dolphins.
