It was second time in this hotel and the experience was at 5*. We liked everything! The garden, the beach, the room with terrace and sea view, the food, the hotel staff, especially those from the main restaurant. Everyone is smiling and they want to help you! The Despina team (Guest Relations Manager) is the best! Georgia, Maria, Vasili and Despina of course are the most welcoming people met at a hotel! During my stay it was my mother's birthday and they surprised us with a cake. Thank you!

The staff on reception and in the dining room were exceptional. Despina especially looked after us very well, always with a smile. Food was replenished constantly and there were good choices at mealtimes. My only criticism would be that ,at times, the food could have been hotter. Service in the Under the Palms bar was very slow so perhaps an extra bartender is required for happy hour at least. The rooms were cleaned discreetly every day and the ladies were polite and friendly. In all, we enjoyed our stay very much.
