Ramada is a hotel in a wonderful location with excellent staff, who have been very kind and helpful. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, do need a refresh, and certainly do not feel like a four star hotel room should. We did not have the possibility to use the spa as it was closed and we were sent to Hotel Kompas, which was an absolute disaster. Lastly, the continental breakfast was abundant but not particularly memorable.

Very nice hotel with great location close to the skiing slopes. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff is excellent. Free parking. Great selection of meals for breakfast. We payed extra for buffet dinner, the selection of meals in not huge, but everything was really tasty. Overall, we were very happy with our stay in this hotel.

It's a great location very close to the ski lifts and to the town centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of various options. Room was spacious enough with a very nice balcony looking at the slopes. There are ski-lockers in the basement.

Staff was perfect. They allowed us to change dates even though the deadline for modification had passed. Food was also very good.

The hotel is in a beautiful place. 50 meters from the track and 50 meters from the city center. The staff is very friendly and will do everything to make you feel like a king. The manager of the restaurant approaches everyone one to wish them a pleasant dinner and to ask if everything is as it should be.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is cosy and clean, located next to slopes. The staff were nice and helpful, definitely would like to come back.

Excellent location, nice size room (some furniture needs replacing), but beds are comfortable and the bathrum was nice and spacious
