Real 5* hotel. For the standard room we have also an extra bed for the kid. Free water every day for all guests.

All was good... Food tasty and diverse, clean room, nice stuff. The only little thing was we had only 1 bathroom at the entire apartment. A second one it will be much better, especially with 5 members family. In the rest, only good things.

The staff did all it's best so we have a relaxing weekend in Eco Therma Village Kranevo, they were all polite and willing to help. The hotel offered a "bulgarian music evening" with singer Tedy Genev that everyone enjoyed. The buffet breakfast and dinner were among the best I've ever had. Especially dinner, with so many choices such as roasted suckling pig, turkey, beef shanks and so on, also salads, sweets and various fruits. We've very much enjoyed the hotel's spa, with a large swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, turkish and finish saunas, salt sauna and a generous relaxing zone.

There was some really friendly stuff at the bar and from the personal and as well the guy who make the horse trips at the beach.They Was treating us very kind and they made our trip . The Spa is fine as well and you can see in total that the whole hotel has some kind of a special style, we love.

The breakfast and the dinner were very good, good and varied food for all tastes. Big room and nice arranged in aztec style, clean. Very nice lobby, with seating areas and fireplace and a bar. Good spa services, including massage.
