We booked a dormitory room with three beds and a private bathroom. The room included a kettle, small fridge, cups, and plates, which was a nice touch. It was comfortable and clean. We traveled during the winter, and the room was warm, with the heating working well. Overall, it was worth the money. You can request a hairdryer and iron from the reception.

It was quite. Very good for the money as it is a simple hotel and it meets their standards. The staff was super great, very polite and helpful. It was our first time in Krakow and in the hotel.and defenently we will be back soon same one. Also the location is super great and very well conected for transport..:)

We didn't expect much but were surprised what we got for this rate. The room was spacious enough for 2 persons, cosy, nice and clean (except for the dust on the shelfs and under the beds). Offered enough storage space. Equipted with a kettle, a fridge and basic cutlery and plates. Beds and mattresses were very comfortable (although for a bigger man might be narrow). The bathroom was clean and spacious, as well as the shower. Our room was on the second floor facing the street and still quiet when the window was closed. Receptionists were very nice and spoke english. The big plus is free parking, the location and the access to public transport (bus&tram). The old town is in walking distance, took just 15 minutes to get to the Rynek glowny.
