The property is in a great location, very close to the old town, with accessible public transportation to several destinations including to the airport bus stop.

Very clean simple room in an extremely good price so close to Christmas. The location is exceptional 5 minutes from the old city center so its perfect for anyone who wants to visit the Christmas Market a lot

Perfect to visit the old city of Krakow. Just on the old city edge in front of the university. Very basic furniture and equipment but enough to have a rest, some decent sleep and a basic breakfast. In the apartment there are a kettle and a cooler, a few glasses, cups and basic utensils are available. So just what you need to get ready for a day around and have a nice sleep. We were very late in making the reservation and have announced our arrival just in the last hours, but everything was just fine, and the personnel was very flexible.

The staff were Fantastic, Antony and his wife were Super Nice, Super Helpful and Super Hosts, just THE BEST people !! Besides being very interesting to talk to, they also helped us with our noisy neighbor problem. They very cheerfully offered to allow us to checkout early and helped us get a refund from Booking.com by email right away. So understanding and helpful ! Thank you Again !

The hotel is very close to the city. you can find many restaurants and mini markets near the hotel. i used room 10a on the fourth floor. the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is also very clean. I recommend it for those who travel with family or backpackers 👍. But the downside is there is no elevator, so i have to carry all my luggage up to the 4th floor and the floor always makes noise when walking. it's very annoying. But overall it's very good 😁
