Social staff, easy to talk to and very friendly. They’re used to drunk hostel stayers so they’re very understanding and nice. Joined to a club downstairs( share similar smoking areas) and also entry into Little Havana gives you free entry into Teatro Cubana (club downstairs). So made it very easy to be social. If you’re a light sleeper, they offer ear plugs
