It is an amazing place, very well maintained, very close to the center. A comfy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with warm floors- what else do you need? Highly recommend it to anyone, visiting Krakow!

The location was perfect. Our superior studio was a great size, with very comfortable twin beds and lovely pillows and linen. Slept so well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and was a great size. The bathroom was large and also had a washer/ dryer. The studio felt warm, welcoming, so comfortable and of excellent quality. Welcome pack on arrival too. The staff are the stars. The most helpful, kind and friendly 24 hr reception team we have experienced. They went above and beyond to help us, to find information, teach us some Polish, book restaurants, recommend tours and sightseeing. Take us to the local shop in the middle of the night to buy a few essentials when our baggage didn’t arrive off the plane!

Location was fantastic and facilities were excellent - well equipped kitchen and apartment Fabulous staff - nothing was too much trouble. Two bedroomed accommodation had enough space comfortably for four people.
