Location was the key for me, as it is right next to train station. Hotel is very basic, but good enough for short stay.

The location was excellent - next to the train/bus station and close to the center of town. I only had a short time in Krakow and was still able to enjoy the Christmas market. The bed was among the most comfortable experienced in many years of travelling and staying in hotels. For information, I have been to Krakow several times before and visited all the major attractions and even a few lesser known ones. I did notice the pizza parlor bar and courtyard, something to keep in mind for next time.

Good basic hotel for a quick stay... very close to main rail station which is useful for rail and coach travel.. Had most things you'd want for a quick stay. Would stay again if passing through.

Location by bus/train station is very good. Staff were very nice and helpful. Although basic the room was clean. My 2 day stay would be my limit of comfort as solo business traveler.

I arrived from the airport at about 10.30pm and there was a very nice lady who allowed me in to the hotel and dealt with my booking,it’s not the Hilton but it is close to everything that you need when coming krakow. If you choose to stay here then you will not only save money but be apart of this fantastic city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Accidentally booked wrong dates, team kindly accepted last minute corrections. Also accepted early checkin, so that in the end I had no dead time, and could catch up on sleep. Friend.y staff helped with the luggage, too.
